Yesterday when i made a phone call to a friend at the end of the called a i got a popup says outgoing call validity expires on 2 jan. 2019.When i called airtel customer care they said if i want to extend validity then i have to do a recharge of 35 or 65 or unlimited and the validity will be extended but TILL THE PLAN IS GOING ON after that your balance will be useless even if you have 500 or 5000.My other sim card has also the expiry of 2 dec. 2018.i called idea customer care they said same.Please do something about this fraud running by this mobile companies.
