I am a Airtel customer since 8 months and do recharge on regular basis. When I bought the sim, I was told that it’s validity is of lifetime (Till 2013). My 90 days UL pack got expired on 24th Nov 2018 and irrespective of having 177 INR in my main balance the outgoing service is barred. In fact while checking balance, it is showing incoming service will also be stopped from 9th Dec 2018.
Airtel is doing unethical and cheap business and harassing customer like me who is recharging on regular intervals without keeping the number idle.
May I request you to escalate this matter to TRAI on urgent basis ?
