Talk time balance available is RS. 300/. Despite that outgoing calls were barred. My request to adjust the talk time for any validity recharge or any package is not heded by customer care. The response to my request to activate my account by deducting from talk time was not at all heded and the option is not provided to me.
Highly Unethical and customer indifferent attitude of Airtel….
