Yesterday morning my internet and out going call was stopped. However my plan was valid till 21 August 2021. Due this I had to waste 2 hour on road searching for airtel galleries and recharge centre. I was on job and due to this I was delayed in responding to important client work.
1 stopping service before due day is common. I have experience thus previously too.
2 wastage of precious time and energy in searching the recharge wendor.
3 Delay happened in responding to important wendor due to out going and internet service stoppage.
4 airtel app did not have feature to report such complaints.
5 one day service not offered. I am sure their may be more people suffering with such issue and airtel is not bothered to do anything.
6 not a single airtel recharge wendor except online payment. I have seach 2 place.
7 Monetary loss of one day of recharge
Need a reason for not being complaints to term of service. Airtel should apologize in writing.
