Dear Team,
This is to inform you that the outgoing call is getting blocked before due date I. e. before 2.12.2021 itself. There is a balance of Rs. 40 plus.
While enquiring in customer care, they are telling that 2 days before the due date, services will be blocked.
This is unfair and not informed properly. If so On what basis they are provided 2.12.2021
And call barred.
