The number that was ported from BSNL to Airtel. This is now part of Airtel family plan under primary number. All previous payments have already been cleared and there is nothing outstanding. Please see attached screenshots of BSNL office from their records. I have also attached from their customer portal and from Amazon vill payment service. All of these show no outstanding payment. Infact there is an excess payment of 51 Rupees, which is shows up as -51. Kindly update your system and stop sending messages of outstanding payments.
