Dear Concern,
This is to inform you about the harasment which i have faced from Airtel.
Even after timely payment, my payment was not updated by Airtel in their system and my outgoing was barred. I was forced to make a payment 0f 2429 which was outsatnding as per them.
I even shared the screenshot of AIRTEL THANKS APP which was showing no outstanding but the Executive was abusive and was taking rubbish. Instead of checking the system he argued with me abusively. His name is Asif Iqbal ( 99100-16441)
I even provided the screenshots of the monthly payment made by me but of no use because that was not updated in their system.
How a compant like Airtel can work like this . This is pathetic experience which has caused harassment as well as work loss .
