I’m a Airtel customer for the last 10 years. I received a msg asking to recharge and thus to avoid my outgoing facility getting barred. Even though I had balance of Rs 150 my outgoing facility was barred on 1st Nov. When I went to the local customer care center, the Representative asked me to do a minimum recharge of Rs 35. This is nothing more than charging us rent to get our services from the network provider. This is outrageous. We cannot be indirectly forced to opt for their other marketing schemes.
