Text of Complaint by Priyanka Singh:

I would like to bring this to your notice that, i have been repeatedly getting calls and messages of an outstanding amount of INR 230 under my previous service provider Vodafone. When i ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel, it was mandatory for me to clear all outstanding bills and then proceed with the porting formalities. However as per your records you mentioned that i still had an outstanding payment and today my outgoing has been barred.
I called up Vodafone customer care and was fortunate enough to speak to an executive who checked my records and confirmed that there was no outstanding amount against my number.
Unfortunately, after multiple times going through your IVR for about an hour, I could not reach out to any executive to understand where the problem is and why it has been disconnected.
With this kind of a service at these trying times is pathetic. I need you to resume back my outgoing calls or atleast have the courtesy to call me back and let me know where is the issue and how should this be resolved.
