Hi Team
I has balance of Rs 63 and change, current pack is valid till 3-Aug-2021, pack details 1.5 GB Perday and free outgoing calls to mobile.
I had connected to office VPN through mobile data on Saturday close to 30 minutes to 1 hour, my service provider has barred my outgoing calls and internet since.
I tried contacting customer care from a different number, call is not getting to customer service agent.
I had raised a complaint through email, my service provider is saying that my email I’d is registered.
