MY AIRTEL NO. IS 9892213330. OUTGOING ON THIS NO. HAS BEEN STOPPED AND INCOMING ARE BEING STOPPED AS PER RECEIVED MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL SERVICES WHILE RS. 13 IS BALANCE ON THIS NO. . WHY  OUTGOING/INCOMING BEING STOPPED WHILE BALANCE IS MORE THAN CALL LIMIT ? PLZ GIVE THE REASON AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT PICKING UP PHONE SAYING “YOU HAVE USED MAXIMUM FACILITIES OF THIS SERVICE..
