I have been one of your loyal customers for years, but today I am very much disappointed by your network and customer care response.
I have been facing this issue for 2 days and it is very difficult for a working woman like me to stay without any network. To say more precisely I cannot trust you any further and I have already opted for another network.
Also, I would like to say you that once the network is active, I am going to port to another network.
I have been taken so down by one of your customer executives who have been rude to me when I have asked for the time estimation of when the issue will be resolved and to my surprise, the response was like I cannot give any time estimation in spite of me explaining my tough time without the network for 2 days now.
I am very much disappointed by your customer care service.
Anyways please give me network back so that at least I can port to another network and stay happy.
