Dear team,
My mobile no. is 9897959988(uttarakhand) & my service provider is airtel. Since may i am unable to make outgoing call.
When i contacted to airtel executive at silver city rajpur road dehradun she didn’t provide me the solution. Her name is Amita. She convert my no. to prepaid from postpaid & told me that your problem will be sort out in 2 working day. After few day i went to another outlet of airtel located at chakrata road near bindal pul dehradun where i met with Miss sonika( store mabager) she told me i will lock a complaint. But till now i am unable to make calls from my number & when i contact with sonika she told me i will cordinate with mohit who sit at meerut city & rectify your problem but their is no solution from their side. And iam unable to port my no. as it was converted to prepaid few days back.
So kindly provide me the solution
