Dear sir,
We sarthi enterprises situated in nandini road,Power house,bhilai,(C.G),our airel network was not working from 29th september ’18,after that we register a complaint in 2 october,2018,complaint no.100669828,after that nobody attend the complaint.during these period we face the problem to run our business which hampered a lot.after that we contacted the local airtel branch and intimate about this one.Even then no response came from their side.Again we lodge a complain no.100879118,After that technician came on 13 october,2018 and rectified it,
We have to intimated y ou that due to such delay our business hampered a loss.
We would like to intimated you that we will not pay bill of 15 days for the month of october,2018.
If such problems continues,airtel network will loae there valuable customer.
