We have taken Jio number one year back and using the same for our business purpose. Whenever jio requests, we made all the verification online. Suddenly without giving any notification and intimation, they suspended all out mobile numbers on 30th Dec 2020. When we spoke to their RM, MS.Gajalakshmi, understood that this was happened due to their internal process failure. Why should we suffer and loose business due to thier internal process failure… I have sent so many emails now its third day, still the numbers are not yet activated. we are incurring huge loss….Please take appropriate action on this
