I have taken OTTPlay subscription which was going to expire on 21st march. I was not able cancel the subscription so I wrote an email on 18th march for cancellation and let them knew that I no longer want to use the services. Still they charged me on 19th march. I wrote back an email again asking to cancel my subscription and refund my amount.
I followed all the steps written in the FAQs to cancel the subscription and auto renewal but I was not able to cancel it as I was not getting an option to cancel it. Now they don’t want to refund despite writing them numerous times for refund.
