I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the OTT subscription I have been paying for and I have noticed a decline in the quality of your services.
The main issue that I have been facing is with the OTT subscription (No credentials provided to me).
Additionally, I am not happy with the way your customer service team has handled my complaint. Every time I have reached out to them with my concerns, they have been unresponsive, and I have not received any satisfactory solutions to my issues.
I understand that glitches and technical issues are a part of any service, but the lack of response and poor content selection have made me feel like I am not getting my money’s worth.
Therefore, I would like to request a refund for the remaining months of my subscription, and I would like to cancel my subscription with immediate effect. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible.
