Hi,
I am one of the user of your jiofiber connection from last 2 years, however in the month of December 2022 one of your executive from aditiya mall center came to my house and gave a new device with new setup box saying this is old device and we have to upgrade this and we will get a new subscription for 14 ott apps and asked us to pay 5000 as a lumpsum amount for 3 month postpaid.
Now i see the there is amount due of 1500 and when i talked to customer care they are saying we have opted for netflix premium account which we didn’t.
We also talked to guys who gave us the new device, he is also saying saying we have to pay for this but my question is, when the technician did the setup of OTT apps why we are penalized for it when we didn’t opt for any premium, please look into this matter ASAP as i am facing lots of issue to connection as well.
Iam very much upset with the services provided after upgrading my device.
