Text of Complaint by Sikha Chakraborty:

I have changed my registered mobile number with Jio fibre and made a recharge for 999 which allows me to access multiple OTT platforms in multiple devices. However when I log in to any of the OTT apps on my phone device through that registered number my associated plans are not reflecting and the app is asking to pay for plans. Being informed by the OTT app grievance handlers to take up this concern with JioFibre, I called up the jio customer care. It’s been 2weeks now for me interacting with multiple agents and explaining them the same thing repeatedly, as they are so laid back to log in details, in every new call. They promised to resolve with a call back from technical team for which I am duly waiting. Other than that there were multiple instances where the agents disconnected the call or were rude enough to deny me any help and also they, being incompetent, suggested me to use it only on set top box as the existing issue was not resolved. Their were two agents whose name I could recall, Swarnamoyee and Nitin, such incompetent employees.
