Text of Complaint by Anoop Sharma:

Dear Sir,

I am having a postpaid plan of Airtel since almost 8 years. My Airtel mobile No – 8009876694 in the name of Anoop Sharma.

there was some delay in my bill payment due to misout. I got a SMS I’m dated 9/June 2020 at 1:54 am where the mantioned that “all services will be suspended shortly”.

when I awake in the morning, I saw the SMS then I connect my mobile Internet from another phone. I had trying payment through My Payzapp application but I was unable to get OTP for billpayment transaction.

then I called to customer care as she said that there is only way for bill payment through in Airtel Thanx App or Airtel site home Page. Then I asked to register my complain regarding I am unable to get the OTP but she refuse to register my complain. She gave me only my interaction reference no- that is 31/3052382158478 and said that you will receive a call from our excalation Team within 24 to 72 hours.
