1. Please refer order no. 403-3739152-6174723 of  30th July 2020 where I had ordered A Dictonary of Materia Medica (3Volumes) for Rs. 6364.10/- through card payment. It was enough to be felt cheated that I received only 2nd Volume for approx 900/- and the rest two volumes worth 5400/- was not delivered till date. On contacting Amazon several times, they asked me to contact seller and he said it has been delivered and the complaint ticket was closed at yours. The reason for contacting you despite this kind of fraud is refund for my remaining money. Please initiate refund after checking the facts closely.
