My Airtel subscription number is 9790022472. It is a postpaid SIM issued by my employer.  I have been using this SIM since January 2008. Till February 2018, I used to get bills correctly for my utilisation aloan. Since March 2018 Invoice, some other user’s utilisation and bills are combined with my monthly bills. Even after reporting through my employer to concerned in Airtel, they not resolved the issue so far.  I have enclosed herewith the recent bill for your reference. The amount billed is Rs. 21,386.20 where as my utilisation in February is only Rs 630.82/- I need a resolution. Airtel is not responding to my complaints sent through my employer. Seek your support.
