We went to Goa for vacation on 9th Oct 2024. We have visited agoda fort on 10th Oct 2024.
one random guy came to us and gave scratch card and said we will win any one
of the gifts in that card and we believed him and went to Lemon tree hotel and
there few guys explained about their package holiday plan and made us
believed it was a good company and made us to make payment of 1.5 lacs.
Initially they said package cost 6.8 lacs and as an offer it is coming for 1.8 lacs
in EMI offer. But they have transacted 1.5 lac through swipe machine but
remaining 30k would be deduct in interest by bank. When we raised our
concern like why you said 1.8 lacs they said it is their marketing strategy. After
coming out of the place we did some research and felt it is a big scam hence i
raised it as dispute transaction to my bank since they have not given any
invoice to us but they gave some 100 rupees stamp agreement also it was
newly registered company (jun 2024). Yesterday we received temporary credit
from axis bank to my credit card and dispute investigation is going on. The
holiday package team calling us and asking us to send email to their company
as that is not a dispute transaction so i have sent email to them yesterday out of
scare like i may loose money and services both if that is genuine. But we dont
have belief it is a genuine company due to many unanswered questions. Please
help us in transaction and do needful.
