Dear Sir ,
We are Traveling from Gachibowli to Airport by Car, my Fastag having balance, But they were asking 140/- money, we explain tag having balance leave us flight time is not there requested like this, but one uneducated came and told tag not having balance and argue with us. He was not released the gate nearly 30 minutes wasting our valuable time.
I didn’t find at anywhere
His name is SAI and working in shamshabad toll Plaza. He was wantedly create Newsense. Why recruit the uneducated staff at toll Plaza Areas.
Please take Necessary action against like the rude behavior of Peoples. And also recruit the good behavior staff.
