I travel daily on the ORR from TSPA Toll Plaza No: 18 to Hitech City and today February 03, 2023 inspite of having good Rs.600 balance in my FASTag the Toll Plaza attender said that my vehicle FASTag is black listed and asked me reverse my vehicle which was near to the toll gate and given me the charge clip (which is attached) and the behavior of the attender was rude. I was already late to my office and top of it delay in accessing my vehicle FASTag. But the shocking thing is that when I was exiting the ORR my FASTag was charged at the Toll gate and I have not paid any money for my trip. I request HMDA HGCL – ORR concerned office to take this instead serious and educate the Toll attenders to be polite with the vehicle owners and recheck their Toll gate device before saying the word BLACK LISTED, this very annoying.
