Text of Complaint by pranjal:

I wish to apply for a part-time job and started searching. One day I received the call from 7624093858 who introduced himself as Abhinav Tripathi. He explained to me the details that you have to just simply type details like name, contact no, address in the form and you have to submit 700 forms within 7 days. Ans clearly told, only 2 conditions are there.

1. submit work in time
2. Keep 90% accuracy

NOTHING ELSE

He asked for the id card for registration. While registration I asked him I can’t accept the agreement without reading it. But, he told me whatever, I told you is the same mention in the agreement.

They will try to convince you, don’t share your aadhar card or any other card.

After registration, I started the work very seriously and even complete it before one day. ie my work started on  9  august 20 and the end date was 15 august 20. and the work I completed on 14 august 20 and submit it also.

From that date, I continuously called the above no for further process. and the no is continuously switched off. The next day I called the helpline no, 9909901946, and the lady just told me to submit the data, and after downloading it, mail that pdf file to our helpline mail id. I did the same.

And the same day in soon, my QC report is shows failed and the my more than 100 forms were wrong. In form when I enter the details all were right, see image 1 and after submission my QC report shows failed. And the normal values I enter were right and the Ascii values were different.

I again called the helpline number and asked the reason and the lady does not want to give any proper explaination. she just told company k taraf se call ayega.

I mailed them 4-5 times and called the person (Abhinav Tripathi) and his no is consciously switched off.

Company ka koi call nai aaya. Then suddenly I received the mail of Advocate Associate Miss Kritika Parwani Legal Officer, which shows the intimation letter and you have to pay pending due amount. I asked her for the number of details and banking details. She mailed me immediately.

after 20 mins, I received the call from 8866005120 no and she asked me about the payment. I asked for the clarification for the QC report failure. So, she started explaining the same what the helpline number told me.

I asked how the ASCII values getting changed than the normal values.  When I type, they are right, but backend me appke software me kya hora hai, wo kaise pata chalega. So, she started giving fake explanations. and get angry over me.

The advocate told me that there might be spelling mistakes, comma error, capital letters errors, or even spacing errors. so your report is wrong.

Guys, see the images1 1, that i have taken as screenshots while filling forms and the QC report, where normal values are the same which I have typed gets different in ASCII values. (dont know how)

Even the cybercrime department told me that ORIAN technology is a fraud, many complaints are registered on its name. They will send you fake emails, papers, fake NOC, and even sometimes will tell you police aayengi app ke yaha.

So, contact the police and file a complaint.

And make everyone aware.

The same day, I received another call from 7046034671 and the person introduced himself as Siddharth Patel. He explained everything as earlier, and when I asked how the QC report gets different than the normal values. kya spacing error aa sakti hai. He clearly told nahi aa sakti. And the advocate told me, appki spacing error aayi hai.
