My Car got accident on 30.05.2020 and took it for repair service to Janhavi Automobiles located at Pahala, Bhubaneswar. The car was insured from Royal Sunderam insurance company. They gave me an estimate of Rs 19,722 which included front driver side door also cost around Rs. 8000. After one month they called me for delivery of my vehicle. When I inspected I found the door was not a new door and they repaired the accident damaged door and fitted it without my knowledge. When I complained to the manager that how the fitted the repaired door without my knowledge when my car is under insurance covered, manager promised me in written to fit a new door without any cost with in a month. But today is 17th Sept 2020 and till date they have not replaced my car door. They have cheated me and made me a false commitment.
I want a legal action on the said company, JAHNAVI AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED, At/- Pahala, Near Nakhara, Bhubaneswar, PIN 754001. Mob: 8114394001
