Dear Sir/Madam,
I got a call from lady name Ajit Agarwal from oriental health company for health insurance on 08 March 2022 and he gave me details about the Oriental Health Insurance policy over the phone and through whatsapp attaching his own identity card provided by Oriental Insurance. He had taken health insurance amount Rs. 17990/- for health insurance of my whole family for lifetime policy worth of Rs. 5 lakhs through Paytm Transaction.
But today is 12th April 2022, I still not have received any hardcopy or soft copy of policy from them. I have repeatedly asked them to send it, but they are not responded on call as well SMS and now he is not replying to my messages nor receiving my call.
Request you to please check this on priority basis as fraud case and take immediate action against them.
