Mere pass call aaya m quikr se bol rahi hu name pooja +91 99099 04252 par baat kiya to kaha ki mujhse apna adhar card bhej do registration ke liye maine bhej diya unhone mujhse kaha ki verification call aayega or mujhe ha bolna h uske baad mujhe email par company agreement@onlineformfilling.co.in se agreement aa gya
Agreement me likha tha.
(1) You must have to fill all the forms within time period which is 07 days.
(2) From 700 forms your 630 forms must be correct that mean company is allowing mistake up to 70 forms only.
If you are not able to complete the work within 07 days or if you are having mistake in more than 70 forms in that case company is not liable to pay any amount to you.
You have to pay registration charge to company which is 4700.

As per our conversation I was given a chance for settlement but you can’t pay. so according to your agreement you must present in the vapi session court and pay total financial loss of the company.payment is not done so your case transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs. 72102 / – for total loss to the company.

Sir please tell me the company is fraud and legal . The company is hairing me 27/07/2020 . The adv send me soft notice copy in my mail but the adv name Mainaz so the adv Mainaz is fraud.
