Hope this email finds you well.
Today i.e 25th September 22 I have realised that we can’t believe on Flipkart. Today without my consent my 3 products has been cancelled and amount refunded in my account (order ID OD226049352408071000). I tryed to connect with your customer care number but after hearing my issues all are disconnected my call over my face.
This is the first time I’m facing this issue, however I wanted to know something regarding your cancellation.
1. I have placed the order when it was available in Flipkart stock, as per the Flipkart policy I had paid 1/- rupees for pre-booking amount and rest has been paid before the time line.
Now how can your seller saying product is OUT OF STOCK?
Also if it’s out of stock why it’s cancelled after 5 days?
2. Very curiosity to know is there any rules/ provision where Flipkart can cancel a prepaid order any time as per their choice? If it’s available in Flipkart policy can someone please share me the policy.
3. I have selected some brands products for upcoming Durga Puja festival and all has been cancelled, now I’m going to reorder those items all are out of stock. Some are available but will deliver post Durga Puja. Which not required. Now team tell me if you received your dress after festival how you will fill?
4. I’m very worried about others products which is suppose to deliver on or before 29th September 22. Please confirm that the other products will be deliver on time or those will also cancel by your seller at the end time.
5. One product is still available in Flipkart stock. And customer can order with a higher price but it’s cancelled from my order due to out of stock. Can you imagine how Flipkart making phool their customers. Please check the attachment and you will suprise.
I think it should highlight at the highest lable in Flipkart office, because at the festival time if people not received their gifts on time it will create a sentimental issue.
Also please share me some higher authorities email address to escalate this issue.
