Text of Complaint by Renil Mathew:

Dear Sir,

 

The orders have been placed using Zomato’s apps and they accept it everytime and then after an hour cancel it always. My family keeps starving everytime they accept the order and then all they can do is call and tell me they are sorry. Ahmed Hussain is the person that was contacted from Zomato to help put this through and there was absolutely no help. I’m tired of hearing their sorries for no reason and they don’t mean it and it’s not right to treat any customer like this and their app needs to be taken down.

  1. We ordered through Zomato from Momo house Sharjah Al butina on 24th February 2022. An amount of 69.55 was deducted. But the order couldn’t go through because of the network issue. But money was deducted and not refunded till date. My order number is 3000059637. Kindly refund.
