Subject: Request for Exchange or Return of Item
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent purchase I made from your esteemed company.On 6th July, I placed an order for multiple items -24 Nos total of approximately 2300 INR. However, due to an oversight on my part, I accidentally included one men’s soap in my order.
I have reached out to your customer service representatives multiple times, via chat to request an exchange or return of the soap. I understand that mistakes happen, but as a regular customer of Blinkit, I had hoped for a more accommodating response from your team.
I would like to emphasize that the value of the soap may seem insignificant compared to the total amount I spent on my order, but as a loyal customer, I believe that every purchase deserves the attention and support of your customer service department.
I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this matter. I am willing to return the men’s soap at my own expense and cover any additional charges for shipping or handling, as necessary. Alternatively, I would be grateful if you could arrange for an exchange with an item of similar value, based on the items available on your website.
