I have ordered 3 products from Meesho, but received only 2 products, where the third product is not delivered but the order status has been updated as delivered.
The Tracking details are :
Courier Partner : Valmo
Tracking ID : M00172458660
where the final delivered location is still not traceable.
Also I didn’t receive the third ordered product (Square water bottle (6 bottles per quantity) – ordered 2 quantity) which cost me around Rs.642. I was constantly following up with the team, but no proper response declaring that the product has been delivered. I didn’t receive the product nor the refund amount from the team. Also I am not able to reach the courier partner VALMO. Kindly help
