I have ordered Tws headset(oppo encho buds 2) in Flipkart on sun, july 16,2023 and it get delivered on 19th July, 2023 but they mentioned as delivered on 20th in the app. The issue is, call quality is not good and the other person can’t hear properly and I checked with my frnds whom they have the same headset. They too say the same and I contacted Flipkart and they say there is no option the policy is only for repair/service. There is no refund or replacement option. For more then 2-3hrs I am talking to agents then moved to TL’s and they keep on saying same thing and they asking me to go to oppo and say the issue and I clearly explained there is no issue with the product and the call quality is not good so oppo is not going to do anything and I purchased it from Flipkart so you need to help me with this but I keep on getting disconnected and I frustrated and came hear. This is how the system works?
If I didn’t like the product or it did not met the expectations what we thougt we just need to keep the item if we didn’t like or not met the expectations. I am not asking for refund and saying not returning the item. I am asking for refund and going to return it but every one saying same thing again and again this makes me more frustrated.
