Text of Complaint by SMRITI ARORA:

I had ordered two Lehnga pieces for my daughter on 30th December, 2022 with mode of payment as CASH ON DELIVERY. The total amount of the two products was 4998/- collectively, Each product was for 2499/- each. I received the packet on 3rd December 2022 with a very thin box for two lehnga to be inside it but the packet read +1 item in it. SO i made the entire payment of 5000/- to the delivery boy. since i was not sure about the box having both the products so i made a box opening video of the same as well. It did not have two products, just one and that too not of what i ordered. i there and then send them the whats app message along with the video. On 4th i received a message back “OK, I will Check and update”. till 7th there was no reply back so i messaged them again. but no one answered it back. neither was anyone picking up my phone now. on 8th, my number was blocked. i waited for another two to three days by sending messages on whatapp even after being blocked but no one replied. i gave them a call from a different phone number on 12th December, 2022 and some Girl picked up the phone. She said that she was on Leave and so she did not address my call. i will talk to my senior and get back to u. She took my phone number and complaint. but till today i.e. 23rd December i have not received any call from them. I have been calling them repeatedly but no one replys back. their telephone number is 9316472500 on which i had a talk with them and also received whats app message from.
