Hi I ordered a tv from Amazon & received it in broken condition , there was clearly mentioned in the box that “Do not open warranty void if opened by the customer ” .Now amazon team says it was open box delivery which means it should be checked by the receiver at the time of delivery , which I was unaware about & even the delivery person did not said me to open the tv . It was directly opened by the Authorised Amazon Engineer , He saw it that it was received broken . I was waiting for the delivery for more than 5 days which I could trach it was alreqady in my city from last 4 days but did got delivered to me I already had a idea that it shuold have been damaged by the delivery persons as they handle all electronic devices very roughly before delivery, Now what is my fault sir I just followed the instructions mentioned in the TV BOX this is really wrong I have lost my 10k while sitting at home & ordering this tv at home just to save 2000 rupees as it was on sale .I should have directly purchased it from
MI STORE here in NAGPUR . Just to save 2000 rupees in am in huge loss of 10,000/- rupees. I am really from a middle class family sir my dad whished to have a tv installed in his room from last so many years , when I got a gift for him this is what happened with us after saving 10,000/- from my little pocket money & see what happened with us . I request you to please give me a replacement in this case hoping for a positive responce sir . I am attaching number of the Amazon technician who opened the sealed tv from his own hands , & saw this broken from his own eyes . It isn’t my fault at all sir , please consider this I am really from a low family sir please don’t do this to me It’s a humble request to you sir please please help me with the replacement.
