I ordered Thompson TV over flipkart but display is not fitted in all borders. Made a return but no response from customer care for 21 days and today without my knowledge they rejected my return order and mention online troubleshooting steps provided. there is a 0.5 inch gap between display top border and screen. It’s a physical damage and I don’t know how they fixed with a phone call.
