Contacted Allegro Medical and Pay Pal about receiving a different product than what was ordered. The resolution offered was to return the product for refund, but I was to pay shipping. This is not satisfactory. They need to pay shipping. I have little confidence that the money will be refunded since they took it upon themselves to ship a different product than what was ordered in the first place. It should not be my responsibility to pay for shipping and I do not want the product they shipped. It is useless since it does not cover the odor.
