Text of Complaint by Veena:

Did not receive watch, the order was placed on 18th of February and immediately the payment was made on 18th February and money got debited from my account. We complained to Boat customer care but had no effective response. Still we can see the fake online Boat website. Pls do something to prevent further fraud. If possible pls arrange to refund my money.
