I have ordered Realme Buds Air Bluetooth Headset with mic (Order NO- 403-4803783-1975511) on 28th June, 2020 But received empty packet.
I have lodge complaint to amazon for that on 29th of June as soon as I open the packet, and asked them to refund my money(Rs. 3989) But its been 48 hours. I have not received any positive response from Amazon.
They are sending me mail one after anther
1st mail they asked for 24 hours to resolve the issue, the 2nd mail asked 48 hours to resolve the issue. Now they are mailing me to wait for 3-5 days to get resolution.
This is really very pathetic that an international brand is doing this kind of things.
I need my money be refunded in full withing today.
