I ordered a one plus mobile (Rs. 20000) in flipkart on 7 November, 2022.
Delivery was on 12 November, 2022.
Instead of mobile phone I received ghadi detergent cake. Then I placed a return on same day itself. Flipkart customer support send me a mail, in that email they mentioned the issue will resolve by 4 December, 2022.
And ask me send the photos of the product received. And I do the same as mentioned. Till now my problem was not solved and the support team is now saying we cannot process your return because your return policy was over, seller is not accepting.
