I had ordered JBL ear buds combo (1+1) for Rs. 1599/-. But received Y5 super bass speaker (small). There is no return or refund link. Also no reply from support@musicmad.com (mail has bounced twice) and the customer care number not working or busy every time.
Please make arrangements for them to collect the product and refund, or to exchange the product with the ordered one.
