I had ordered Herb Enriched Matte Liquid Lipstick Kit- Set of 5 (Bright and Pinks) and Nourishing Lip and Cheek Tint -GWP product which was free on this purchase. I had already paid the products amount of Rs. 299 in advance. My Order ID is #1355369 dated : 04th September 2023. Even after so many days, I have not received my product nor have I been given any information about it. Please find a solution to this complaint as soon as possible
