I have ordered Classic 3310 2.4 inches mobile from Brandstry. But I received TARA T13 mobile. Immediately i have sent a mail to them through return & exchange link in their website for replacement of the product as per order #BST11131. but they didn’t replied and responded either email or telephone. even we are unable to find it’s customer care no. also.
Requesting the kind authorities to take proper sever action as per law and victims to be benefited way..
