I ordered iPhone 12 from @kabirmalik.97 Instagram account after being offered a heavy discount on the same on 12/03/2021 and was assured that will receive the product in the next 3 days. INR 18,000/- was paid to him (prepaid) but he did not send me any receipt or confirmation. Upon 4 days of follow up, the guy has blocked me on Instagram and all other communication mediums.
I urge the Consumer court to please help me return my money and file a legal case against the owner of the page who’s sole focus is to con and catfish people. Help spread awareness against the fraud and kindly help me get my hard earned money back.
