Dear Sir,
I ordered Tipad Reno phone from Mynothchphone.online,
I paid the amount 3999/- with my online transaction, and received transaction number number and order number message.
after 2 days 1 guy called and asked the details of the booking phone. received call from this number (8447027954). then next day(16/07/2020) got message that
Shipped: Your Vatsalya Creation Allo… with order ID OD119157361381332000 has been shipped and will be delivered by Monday, Jul 27, 2020.
but the product received today(17/07/2020) and while opening i took video, they sended some android mobile name from Madin China Brand,
so i thought be got Fraud and tried to contact the company and shared mail,
but mail also not delivered. then i check in google for company details finally i got some customer care number (7602795083), when i explained him that we received another phone which is not ordered, then he replied and said that your amount will refund.for do refund asking to install Anedesk app then i refused, then he asked me to share the card number and account details,
then i shout him for asking details, then he started abusing and using walgur language
please look in to this company, if am not received my money back no issue, but they are cheating to people directly
