I have ordered a phone from oneplus official website on 18th feb. I have paid through my credit card. The estimated delivery was 27th of feb 2023. Till now neither they respond my queries nor i can cancel the order. The estimated delivery date consistantly changes day after day. The courier service from their end is “Delhievery”. There agents continuously asking for the upi id’s and pin to deliver the product. So i decided to complaint for the same on Oneplus, but they did not respond. I have lost my 19k already by ordering a product and now they are trying to scam.
