I ordered a phone on amazon order id 40391275532673954 with replacement with my old phone. I called amazon multiple times and was assured for 3 days that the phone will b delivered after 6 pm i.e. The time after which I m available at home.
But the phone was not delivered and the order was cancelled without my consent. I have deleted all the apps and data from my old phone because it was to be given for replacement and waited 3 days days for delivery.
Now when I called amazon no proper reply was given by customer care for my grievence.
