I had placed an order for a brand new PHILLIPS MG5740/15 MULTI GROOMING KIT and instead got a used non branded trimmer god knows what it was. Attached is the case of phillips but inside it there was some crap product. I filed for the returns however there is no response from amazon not do they display any contact numbers incase the customer wants to get in touch. I feel that AMAZON INDIA is turning into a cheating e seller as it feels that it can take all INDIANS for a ride. I want the product which was advertised and not any refund
