Ordered one phone for 2999/- at 70% discount and paid online on 4th June and received order acceptance for order ID ORDER PDS9172 and detail of payment detail through Payu Payment ID326034202 dtd.4/6/2020 to Mr. Ankit Jain. No update on order or delivery received and website not found.
No option at the website for canceling and refund of the order.
Mail id also undeliverable.

We would like to inform you that the refund has been processed against the Payment ID: 326034202 on 24-06-2020 and the same will get credited into the source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.
